The mission
The mission of SSHOC-CH is to create a cluster of social science and humanities research infrastructures in Switzerland, encompassing both national infrastructures and the national nodes of international infrastructures.
The vision is to:
Enable synergies and foster collaborations
Through cooperation, complement and enhance existing infrastructures
Provide a framework for new research infrastructures
Establish the link to SSHOC at the European level and to other national clusters

SSHOC-CH General Assembly
We invite all the members of the Association to attend the first SSHOC-CH General Assembly and its satellite event, which will take place on April 11, 2025 in Bern.
Contribute to increase the visibility of the scientific community behind SSHOC-CH
In order to increase the visibility of the scientific community supporting the Association, the SSHOC-CH Board created a form to collect information and consent from the members of the SSHOC-CH Association.
SSHOC-CH “National Infrastructure Roadmap” Info Event
SERI and swissuniversities have launched the process for the Swiss Roadmap for Research Infrastructures 2027. The Swiss Roadmap for Research Infrastructures is a report on the status and development of national and international research infrastructures. The roadmap process is highly relevant for all national projects seeking long-term institutionalization.
