===== SSHOC-CH Association ===== The SSHOC-CH Association was founded on April 24, 2024 in Bern. Its role is to **create** and **run** the //Social Science & Humanities Open Cluster Switzerland// SSHOC-CH. SSHOC-CH strives to **identify synergies** and **fostering collaborations** between the social sciences and humanities, and to build an **ecosystem of national infrastructures**** and expertise** supporting scholars from social sciences and humanities in their research and in managing their data in the spirit of Open Science and FAIR principles. Parallely, SSHOC-CH is active at the **research-policy interface** by contributing to the discussions about the Swiss Roadmap for research infrastructures and national ORD Strategy. SSHOC-CH provides a framework for new research infrastructures, and complements existing infrastructures and their activities through co-operation and support, which are represented by a member of the SSHOC-CH Association.
